U.S. Shipping Rates for USPS Media Mail: Minimum $4.50 $25 - $49.99 = 17% of order $50 - $124.99 = 14% of order $125 or more = 10% of order U.S. Shipping Rates for USPS Priority Mail: Up to $20.00 = $9.99 $20.01 - $50.00 = $12.99 $50.01 or more = 25% of order Canadian and International Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated in our office and applied to order. Your Credit Card will be charged the amount and you will be notified of the final cost of your purchase via email. By what method do you mail my order? All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service unless special arrangements are made with our shipping department via phone. Please make sure you put down your PO box or shipping address on your order form. We find their media mail a very effective and efficient way to mail orders to you. Do I need insurance? We suggest you insure your books. Our SHC staff works hard to make sure your books are packed securely. At times Media Mail packages get lost or damaged in route to you. Second Harvest Curriculum is not responsible for books that are lost, damaged or stolen in the mail. If you are at all concerned about this, please purchase insurance on our order form below.
How long will it take to receive my order? Monday thru Thursday orders ship within 24-48 hrs Friday and weekend orders ship Monday If you are ordering during any holiday, please take that into consideration.
How do I pay for the books? Along with money orders, Second Harvest Curriculum also accepts:
Returns: How do I return books I don't want? Our policy is that we want you to be happy with the books you buy from us. That is why we have a 30-day return policy. This means if you return your books to us within 30 days of the date marked on your invoice, you receive the full amount of the book cost if books are returned to us in the same condition as when mailed to your residence. You pay for the shipping to and from unless it is a mistake on our part. Books returned after the 30 days will be handled as trade-in books. Please look under the Condition portion of our online catalog. We mark the books NC when they are Not Current and Not Compatible. When the books are compatible but not the most recent edition, we place an * after the title. In other words, these books are compatible with the newest edition and can be used with ease.
